Xsolla appoints Cathleen Nilson as CFO

Xsolla, a global game commerce firm, has appointed Cathleen Nilson as its new chief financial officer. Nilson joins Xsolla after serving a year at Kami Vision, a software-as-a-service AI company. She has also contributed her expertise to notable technology and game firms such as Samsung, Turing, and Electronic Arts (EA).

Nilson will join the leadership team alongside founder Aleksandr Agapitov, who also serves as CEO, and president David Seltzer. Agapitov expressed his confidence in Nilson’s appointment, stating, “Her extensive experience and proven track record in driving financial growth and operational excellence align perfectly with our mission to support developers and publishers worldwide in achieving their goals. Her expertise spans corporate finance, strategic financial planning, operations, and leading strategies during both building and growth stages.
