West Acres seeks local input for future stores

"Future Stores"

Local feedback is being sought by West Acres officials for potential new stores and restaurants, in preparation for an important Las Vegas industry convention. A survey is being encouraged to share retail and dining preferences, this information will help shape the future shopping scene of West Acres.

The Las Vegas convention is a key event that brings together industry leaders and potential investors. This provides a platform to showcase community’s desires and the possibility of attracting new businesses. However, participation had to be put on hold in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite this, it is expected to once again be a valuable platform for fostering relationships with tenants.

During discussions, brands such as Trader Joe’s, IKEA, H&M, Nordstrom Rack, and Anthropologie were highlighted as desirable additions, along with eateries The Cheesecake Factory and Dunkin’ Donuts.

Seeking community suggestions for West Acres expansion
