The 2.5D cyberpunk RPG “Neon Blood” will launch on November 26. Publisher and developer Meridiem Games made the announcement. A physical limited edition will be available for PlayStation 5 and Switch on the same day.
It will feature a metallic textured sleeve, an art book, a city guide, and a downloadable soundtrack. The game is set in the year 2053, after the Third World War. Humanity has been reduced to living in a single macropolis, Viridis.
This macropolis consists of two distinct cities: the luxurious Bright City and the dystopian Blind City. The game follows Axel McCoin, a detective in Blind City. He becomes a symbol of revolution against the social inequalities dividing the two cities.
Throughout his journey, Axel encounters powerful allies and formidable enemies. This includes Ruby Emerald, who is determined to thwart his plans.

“Neon Blood” promises to bring a captivating mix of story-driven gameplay, strategic combat, and atmospheric environments to fans of the cyberpunk genre. It features a deep story with a cyberpunk theme. The turn-based combat system is inspired by retro games and includes a strong strategic element.
Players can explore the visually stunning world of Viridis. It combines pixel art with detailed 3D environments. The game also features a comprehensive dialogue-based detective system to uncover the secrets of the macropolis.
