Safe Security unveils AI app for CISOs

AI Security

Safe Security’s Co-Founder and CEO, Saket Modi, said cybersecurity is no longer just a technical issue. It is a core business risk that must be understood and managed by non-technical executives too. Modi said SafeX seeks to bridge this gap.

It offers an intuitive, voice-enabled interface. This allows users to ask questions about their organization’s security posture. They receive immediate, data-driven answers.

According to Modi, the SafeX platform can boost cybersecurity efficiency by up to 400%. This substantial increase shows how advanced the system is. It also shows its potential impact on organizational security frameworks.

By using SafeX, businesses can better manage and reduce cybersecurity risks in real-time. This ensures a more secure and resilient operation. Shruti Mishra and Arundathi Ramanan published the interview on October 1, 2024.

It highlights the growing importance of cybersecurity in the digital age. It also highlights the innovative solutions companies like Safe Security are developing to stay ahead of potential threats. Cyber risk management company Safe Security (SAFE) has unveiled Safe X.

It is a Gen-AI powered mobile app designed for Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs).

bridging cybersecurity with business insights

This innovative app provides real-time insights into an organization’s cyber risk posture.

It offers actionable mitigation recommendations. “No aggregator can collect relevant information from all these tools and give one summary to a senior executive or the CISO. This was the missing gap in the industry.

We connect with security tools and the cloud with our read-only APIs. The app provides holistic visibility about what’s going on in all branches of a company around the world,” said Rahul Tyagi, Co-founder of Safe Security. Tyagi added that the app also provides a return on investment (ROI).

It outlines the organization’s breach likelihood and potential financial impact in case of a cyber attack. Traditionally, maturity assessments require data from every department, often collected manually. “Based on our poll, a big company takes almost a month or two to prepare the report.

Because we are already connected with our APIs with older tools, this individual collection from departments won’t be necessary. We are integrated with their infrastructure, so whatever information is required will be available in 24 hours,” he stated. Developed with input from more than 12 global customers across various sectors, the app will be made available to all customers within 15 days.

Industries like BFSI, services companies, manufacturing, hospitality, and telecommunications are expected to benefit significantly from this solution. Safe Security, which has experienced a 200% revenue growth year-over-year consecutively for the last two years, has raised over $100 million to date. The company serves notable clients such as Molina Healthcare, Max Healthcare, and Apollo Hospitals.

The introduction of Safe X underscores Safe Security’s commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions for managing cyber risk effectively within diverse industry sectors.
