Peoria businesses targeted for gBETA growth program

"Peoria Business Growth"

Six renowned Peoria businesses have been chosen to take part in the gBETA program, a seven-week initiative aimed at propelling business growth. Hailing from diverse industries like technology, healthcare, and retail, these businesses are set to refine their strategies, streamline their operations, and secure strong market positions with the assistance of structured mentorship.

This collaborative program is expected to usher in benefits such as enhanced visibility, the potential to attract investors, and a renewed trajectory toward sustainable growth. Doug Cruitt, the executive director of the initiative, expressed his eagerness for the upcoming transformations that the businesses are expected to undergo during these seven weeks.

Alongside the gBETA program, Cruitt is also anticipating the inauguration of a downtown business incubator building that’s designed to be a conducive space for growing businesses. He believes this will create several opportunities for innovation, substantially impacting the local economy. Cruitt’s team also stands ready to offer extensive strategic guidance and mentorship to the resident businesses.

“Our objective is to foster an environment that promotes dynamism and creativity, leading to an increase in successful new businesses.
